Why is this feature limited to ftp access only

Dear Cpanel Life would be so much easier if you could apply this feature to block the same countries from sending emails. Some of us do business in a limited area and don't need access to the entire planet. Please add this to your wish list. I can't get this right in REGEX but surely you could implement it in the Account Mail filtering. The code already exists, can't you modify it for emails as well?
