Backup notification email not changing

Hey, Someone hacked into my sites and somehow also cPanel - They did a full account backup and their email is still set for the notification - I keep changing it back to my email but it is going straight back to their email even when I go back to the backup page, anyone know what is going on? Thanks for any help

  Check the Contact Information for the account on the menu, top right corner of your cPanel.
