Filter order in user level filters
My hosting provider upgraded the cpanel version. Before the upgrade I was able to order user filters by dragging and dropping the different filters. But with the newer cpanel version there does not seem to be a way to order the filters. Can someone tell me if there is a different way to handle this requirement? Thank you.

The option to order user filters by dragging and dropping is still available with cPanel 54 version. :) 0 -

Oh, could my hosting provider customize and remove that option? The version of cpanel used by the provider is 11.52.5. I guess I will check with the provider.0 -
I don't think there is any setting available to remove this option but you should once check with your hosting provider. :) 0 -
Hello :) Could you verify which theme is assigned to your account by your hosting provider? Thank you. 0 -

How would I find that out? My hosting provider support was not helpful. Guess it is time for a new provider....0 -
You should be able to see the theme name in the cPanel > Left side navigation bar. 0 -
I have attached the cpanel view I have and I do not see the theme. I talked to my hosting provider and they simply said sorry you cannot order the rules anymore! 0 -
The image you uploaded suggests a custom cPanel theme or style. You can request the default "Paper Lantern" theme from your provider, or report the issue with your filters in their custom theme/style. Thank you. 0
