    No, this has been a fresh installation a few weeks ago with no system changes.
    # cat /var/cpanel/rpm.versions.d/local.versions --- file_format: version: 2 install_targets: {} rpm_locations: {} srpm_sub_packages: {} srpm_versions: {} target_settings: analog: uninstalled awstats: uninstalled clamav: installed easy-tomcat7: uninstalled munin: installed webalizer: uninstalled url_templates: {}

    To update, the issue was the result of duplicate RPMs installed on the system. The following command addressed the issue:
    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/autorepair fix_duplicate_cpanel_rpms
    You mentioned this in your earlier post:

    Did you install cPanel from an image, or using the instructions from our documentation on a fresh installation of CentOS? Thank you.
