Hello :), Have you checked your WHM tweak setting ? Please check and enable " Proxy subdomains " through WHM >> Service Configuration >> Tweak Settings

Also check the files /Var/Cpanel/users if I think that those files are missing.

Hello :) Did you restore the "/var/cpanel/userdata" directory from the backup archive? If so, have you tried rebuilding Apache via EasyApache? Thank you.

Hi, Proxy subdomains = enabled /Var/Cpanel/users is there. Compared it with a backup, but it's exactly the same. I did not rebuild Apache via EasyApache, I will do that tonight and will let you know the outcome. So far it's still not working. Thanks for the help so far.

Could you verify if /var/cpanel/userdata was copied over? This is separate from the "/var/cpanel/users" directory. Thank you.

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

I did that already and it was CloudLinux related. cagefsctl -r did the trick. Thanks for the reply and help
