Have you disabled Reset Password for cPanel accounts option in the WHM > Tweak Settings?

Did you not read my post completely? "I see in WHM how to disable that feature but even when it is disabled, the description and the input box are still present."

I found the issue. There are two separate Allow/Disable password change fields in the Tweak Settings options. After setting both to not allow changes, the login screens no longer display the reset password option. Thanks Ameya. After you posted I went back to recheck this and saw that I had not turned off the sub account option.

Hello :) I'm happy to see you were able to determine the reason the option remained visible. Thank you for updating us with the outcome.
