How does the backup process work?

Hello, I have few space left on my server. My backup are uploaded on a other server. I don't retain the backup on my web server. So my question is how the backup process work?? Case 1: WHM make the package of all the account then upload and then delete. case 2: WHM make the package 1 upload 1 delete 1 make the package 2 upload 2 delete 2 make the package 3 upload 3 delete 3 ... Thanks a lot

  FTP backup process work as per case 1, create backup of all accounts, upload and then delete. :)
