add additional information to account when created

Please help me to add additional information in cpanel. When I create any account I got the following information. But my boss request additional information like : mysql database information,url cpanel access to the account I want cpanel to generate Additional information automaticaly

  Please post the output from the following command:
  cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
