httpd goes down

A = Api Server (CPANEL) B = Mysql Server C = Client server i running API application on cpanel A server call B and respond to C server My problem is wen api trying to connect to B server and server is down ( DDOS, MAX CONNECTIONS, ETC..) My httpd goes down on CPANEL how can i avoid this so httpd do not crash and keep all domains up on cpanel Maybe this Api move to separate account on cpanel
