SPAM queue

I can not understand how can I delete all the spam mail generated by a hacker attack and are now in the queue. I have no access to WHM and I have no access to SSH. Many thanks for your help

  Hello, You will not be able to delete email from the mail queue without root access to the system. Has your provider asked you to complete this task, or is there some other document that's advising you to do so? Thank you.

  Since it is spam and is due to hacking of the website, I thought it best to eliminate it before the server forwarding it. Thanks. Mauro.
