This issue is very frustrating for me as things stand. I only have one email address with a problem. All my other email addresses are working fine, but I have one that constantly opens on an empty Inbox, even after I have populated it with emails uploaded to it from a .mbox file. Somebody please help me!

It seems I have come across a different problem with one of my users. I have populated her Inbox with mail from her gmail account by creating a .mbox file and importing it. When I am able to log in to her webmail account using Horde, it seems that her Inbox has been emptied of messages, expcept for anything new.

Hello, Unfortunately, mbox is not supported in cPanel. You will need to use a third-party conversion script that supports the Maildir format. Here's a third-party URL that may help: Backup Gmail with getmail - ArchWiki Thank you.

I have created and successfully filled sub-folders on this account with emails from .mbox files, and have successfully filled the Inboxes of all other staff members using the same method. I'm just totally confused as to why it won't work with this one account.

I have tried to amend this post to be more specific, and every time I try, I get an error stating that my message is spam-like and I can't do it. I'm fed up with trying to dix this for the moment. I don't know what to do.

Could you let us know specific method you used to do this, and how long ago it last worked? Thank you.
