FTP doesn't work

Hello, I buy a server with WHM cPanel license. I created a user and I logged in CPanel. So far, so good ! I just created an ftp user and nothing wont works. Neither the user nor the password, or even the host (ftp. Mywebsite. Com) No connections visibly. Thank you for your help

  Hello, My first thought is your domain name may not resolve to the cPanel server. Try accessing FTP with the same credentials, but with the IP address associated with your server instead of "ftp.yourdomain.tld". If that works, ensure you change the name servers on your domain name to name servers associated with the cPanel server per the instructions at: How to Set Up Nameservers in a cPanel & WHM Environment - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
