Email from my server goes to SPAM on Outlook
Hello,
I just started with CPanel, I have a problem with sending emails on Outlook accounts (.live .hotmail), I found many thread about the arguments but no one solve my problem.
With others mail (example .gmail) it works.
I set correctly DKIM, SPF, PTR (rDNS), using MX Toolbox for the server status it reports the below errors:
Https The Certificate has a name mismatch
DNS SOA Refresh Value is outside of the recommended range
DNS SOA Expire Value out of recommended range
** Blacklist: 210 passed 0 errors 0 warning
** Mail Server: 13 passed 0 errors 0 warning
The first error regarding the SSL, I not installed on my Server.
Have you any suggestion?
Thanks

Check your IP reputation at senderbase.org and senderscore.org. The reputation lists can mark an IP as poor, which can get mail blacklisted. 0 -
As @acenetgeorge said it should be an issue with your ip, i had a similar issue when i was a end user. I had no luck with my host in clearing it at the time, and i used google apps to overcome this issue Now you can use zoho as well which offer free accounts 0 -
