Broken RPMs

Hello, Today, I received an email notification that says "Altered RPMs found". I ran "upcp --fix" and then "check_cpanel_rpms --fix" without errors but still service doesnot start with shared library loading error. I have not made any changes to the server. Please help me. Thanks
