Did you check if your server's IP address is in the email blacklist or not? mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

Hello Apart from RBL listing as mentioned by Ameya Barwe, sometimes the destination mail server may have their own policies for mail delivery. In such cases, it is always better to contact their support team and let them to have a look into it.

I'll do that today. This is the report that I get from Return path: [Removed - Please ensure to remove real domain names and IP addresses in the output]

This is the report that I get from Return path:
Return Path DKIM/SPF Reflector Report ===================================== Source IP = [*removed*] Mail From = [*removed*] Identity Alignment Results ========================== SPF Domain Alignment Result = PASS The From domain '[*removed*]' is an exact match with the SPF domain '[*removed*]'. Note that no alignment policy was defined in a DMARC record, so the policy defaulted to relaxed. DKIM Domain Alignment Results: Result for DNS Record: default._domainkey.[*removed*].com = FAIL WARNING: The From domain '[*removed*].com' does NOT match the DKIM domain '[*removed*].com ' even using a relaxed alignment policy (the default if no policy is set in a DMARC record.) This could cause deliverability problems with email from your domain. DKIM Results ============ Result = fail Domain = [*removed*].com Selector = default DNS Record(s) = default._domainkey.[*removed*].com TXT NXDOMAIN DomainKeys Results ================== No DomainKeys signature(s) found. SPF Results =========== Result = pass Domain = [*removed*].com DNS Record(s) = [*removed*] TXT v=spf1 mx a ip4:[*removed*] -all DMARC Results ============= Domain = _dmarc.[*removed*].com DNS Record = _dmarc.[*removed*].com TXT v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:[*removed*]; DMARC Record Validation Results =============================== DMARC Errors Detected: None.
