    Hello :), I think you are facing this issues due to account disk quota, I can see you have root access of your server so please try to create backup of your account with the following command and then try to restore it with the command line.
    /scripts/pkgacct USERNAME
    And for the restoration, use below command
    /scripts/restorepkg /home/BACKUP-FILE-PATH

    ^ Thanks for the reply, tried that and didn't work. It turns out, my default inode limits in Cloudlinux is too small. This fixed it.
