failed to open /etc/outgoing_mail_suspended_users error

Hi guys From today morning anybody can't sent email for emails out of server. When we try send mail exim log failed to expand condition "${if and{{bool_lax{NULL}}{bool_lax{${perl{check_mail_permissions}}}}}}" for check_mail_permissions router: syntax error in Exim::expand_string argument: failed to open /etc/outgoing_mail_suspended_users for linear search: No such file or directory at /etc/exim.pl.local line 589 inside "and{...}" condition email@hotmail.com R=enforce_mail_permissions: check_mail_permissions failed to complete or set a status. We're using ASSP, but is only spam control before exim. P.D.: At night whm can't update software to whm 56. Can't check virus definitios for clamav WHM 54.0 (build 22) CentOS 6.7 x86_64 Regards David Lagos S. Chile

    From a tcket Hi, This should be resolved. I confirmed that email could be sent successfully from a test account. This is a known issue in cPanel right now. The internal case number for this is CPANEL-5806. While I cannot offer an ETA of resolution to the case, the case number will be mentioned in our change log when a fix has been issued: Change Logs - Documentation - cPanel Documentation The issue specifically has to do with an update to Exim, and two necessary files not existing for a reason that our developers have yet to determine: /etc/outgoing_mail_suspended_users /etc/outgoing_mail_hold_users The workaround for this is, when you see this particular error, check for the existence of the above files, and if they don't exist create them, then restart Exim: # touch /etc/outgoing_mail_suspended_users # touch /etc/outgoing_mail_hold_users # /scripts/restartsrv_exim I do apologize for the inconvenience, and hope our developers will be able to determine the cause for this problem and resolve it soon.     Hi everybody.... this issue is when automatic backup stop. Virus definitions updates for clamav take long time to download file & checksum fails. This ticket response is from when?     Hello, I've not seen any reports of this happening after the update to cPanel 56. The reports suggest this happens during the cPanel update process from version 54.0.21 to 54.0.22. The issue is currently tracked in CPANEL-5806. I'll update this thread with more information as it becomes available. Thank you.
