dos attack issue

Hi, I have suffered from searching online I need a way to stop dos of attack type not only block the ip using iptables i have blocked google bot ips as i though it was one of the attacks ips Everytime the hacker is changing the ip of the proxy I wonder how all people all of their websites is working good and no one can attack their websites using dos of attack ! cloudflare can't stop this type of attack can anyone help me !

  It is true that there are tools like Arbor networks, Black Lotus, Incapsula that offers protection against DDoS attack. However, DDoS attack may range from 10GBPS to 100GBPS so if you are not planning to purchase such excess bandwidth, it may not possible to cope with DDoS attack. It is better to talk with ISPs or CDN about DDoS protection.
