User redirected to blank page after submiting password reset

Hi, After a user tries to submit a password reset request he is redirected to a blank page. Here is the output from /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

  Hi I'm having the same problem since the latest update, on three different cpanel servers (whm 56.0.13)

  What version of cPanel is your server on right now?

  Hello, Please browse to "WHM >> Tweak Settings" and review the setting for "Default Login Theme" under the "Display" tab. Ensure it's configured as "cpanel" if you want to utilize the password reset option.   Yeah, I had custom theme set up for login theme. I reverted to cpanel default theme and password reset page is working. Thanks a lot for the blog link and quick reply!
