you need to check : "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Mailserver Configuration" have you sent trash, junk folder to empty after some particular time, this feature allows to auto delete thrash email as per your requirement.

Emails moved in junk after sometime, but not removed. There's no issue with that option you have mentioned.

Are you sure this is not done by the mail client (or client software - usually antivirus programs) which runs on the computer, checking the mailbox in question ? I have seen such issues in real, caused by antivirus software.

Yes i'm pretty sure, because i have changed email password from cpanel but not updated new password in email client but still email goes to junk after sometime, even we have deleted both account and recreate from cpanel issue still persist.

Is SpamAssassin stopped for this account ? How long it takes before the email is being moved ?

Have you tried searching in /var/log/exim_rejectlog for the problematic message ?

There's nothing in reject logs regarding these email addresses.

I'm out of ideas. Maybe there is some background running process ( or cron ) which does that. You could try monitoring all processes on the server while sending the bad email. That could be a hard job, but there is a chance to see which process is spawned. Most of the time cpanel is trying to run such processes with the user they are related to, so there is a big chance to see it with: top -u username where username is the uset howding the domain / email adress.

it's happened only from one email id

Hello, This suggests an isolated issue with this email account, likely related to a custom filter rule that's moving the message. Could you send a test message to this email account, and search the message in /var/log/exim_mainlog after you have confirmed it's automatically moved to the .Junk mail folder? EX:
    exigrep user@test /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Thank you.

Could you provide some more information about what's happening and the log entry of an affected message from /var/log/exim_mainlog? Thank you.
