Lets Encrypt Feature Request Status?
Hi all,
I'm sure everyone at cPanel is tired of people asking, anyway, we offer free SSL certificates for every site we host, and as such have been eager for LetsEncrypt support to save us a lot of money.
I had a google for cpanel support again today to see if there was any updates and saw this letsencrypt-for-cpanel.com/ which is a lot better than any other lets encrypt hack or half-assed-attempt of a plugin for cPanel that are lying around
Now I also saw a comment on the cPanel feature requests saying (3 weeks ago) the cPanel supported plugin should be ready in 8-12 weeks.
So do I dive in for the 3rd party plugin and pay $30 for it - probably saving me around $100 in the next 3 months. Or will the cPanel one almost certainly be ready within 9 weeks now?
I'd be happy to lose $70 to wait for the official plugin.
Can someone shed some light please?

@cPanelBenny I know the goal was for this to be released end of June or start of July - are you guys still on track to hitting that goal? Really looking forward to this feature! :) 0 -
They'll get there when they get there. Nagging them about it isn't going to help 0 -
We should still make that, based on what I've heard! I'll definitely update the feature request when I know for sure!
That's great, glad to hear it!They'll get there when they get there. Nagging them about it isn't going to help
HA, considering my last post here before my simple question was 5 years ago it's clear you have no idea what you are talking about. No nagging here, just one question. Move along kid.0
