Error 503 cPanel and Webmail

Good morning friends Sometimes the server displays error 503 in the three services (webmail, cPanel, and WHM) No apparent reason! Other services are all normal! Where do I start investigating?

  Is this a CloudLinux server? Usually the times I've seen this in cPanel is when the user in question has maxed out resources or number of processes, and is unable to initiate any more. When logging into any cPanel service as a user (not root), the process is indeed owned by that user and counts toward the resource limits imposed on that user.

  Hello, Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.
