Pointing portugues domain (.pt) to my reseller server

Hello, I have a reseller server, where I have a few clients websites. But one of my clients have a portugues domain (.pt) and when I try to point the domain to my server it's saying server not found. They have a evaluation log and it give me this error.   Hello, Could you report this to your hosting provider so they can determine why the DNS lookup is failing, and temporarily allow the creation of a domain name that does not resolve to the cPanel server? Thank you.
