cPanel Store - cPanel DV SSL Certificate - approval process

Hi, I was wondering if each purchased certificate through the cPanel Store is approved manually. And between what hours we can expect this to be done. I think that I would edit some language files to include this information as I sold a couple last Saturday. But as of now they are still pending approval. Likely I'll keep the price at the bottom because of this and maintain a higher price for DV certs compared to sold DV certs through my regular website as these are issued in apx. 10 minutes.

  @wim20178 Thank you for reaching out to us. I am a Product Owner with cPanel, working with one of the teams responsible for launching the certificates project. It is a new process, and we are currently working to refine the efficiency of how purchases are approved. Most of the purchases need manual approval, but there are a variety of cases in which manual approval is needed. Currently, those manual approvals are not done over the weekend. By any chance did you open a ticket with Customer Service? Thanks, Aaron
