skip-name-resolve for MySQL

I kept getting the error DBD::mysql::db do failed: Can't find any matching row in the user table. The error seems to go away when skip-name-resolve is commented on /etc/my.cnf I also read an old threat (pkgacct - "no such grant defined for user" - Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 515) that clearly states as cPanel needing skip-name-resolve not enabled. We are running on WHM 56.0 (build 14), hope this helps anyone with the issue as well.

  Hello, cPanel isn't designed or tested with the skip-name-resolve option in the /etc/my.cnf, so enabling this option in your /etc/my.cnf file will break certain functionality. Is there a specific reason you have enabled it on this system? The easier path to addressing the issue is to resolve the problem that's leading to the use of the option. Thank you.
