Restoring Account Issue

hello I am beginner in server admin and i was trying to take a backup from my old server to my new server( transferring my website ). after I took a backup i was trying to restore it in my new vps, but this issue came. - Removed please attach images to your posts - Please help me

  Your attachment has been remove, can you reattach? Or paste exact errors that you are getting. :)
