Uploading 10Mb file taking over 15 mins

I just set up a VPS server and uploading a wordpress theme VIA FTP which is 10Mb. It's taking me over 15 mins to upload, and my upload speed is: - Removed - One weird thing I noticed is the IP OVH gave me (the same IP that is in the A record of my domain) is different from what I get when I ping my website. Though this could be cause of CloudFlare. Not sure if I set up something incorrectly? *Edit: Uploading the files in cPanel took about 0.5 seconds, but FTP is slow

  Hello, I suggest testing the FTP upload from multiple locations to rule out any issues with your local workstation. Also, do you notice a difference when using the IP address as the FTP host instead of your domain name? Thank you.
