Mail Delivery Failed. SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT
Hi!
Some people in my company can't send mails to certain email addresses, they're receiving the next message. I'm absolutely new to this, any ideas?
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

host somedomain.com [ip1]

anotheraddress@anotherdomain

You need to add ip2 into the SPF record within the "Authentication" area in the cpanel account for the domain. You add where it says "Additional IP Address blocks for your domains".0 -
Hello, Yes, as mentioned, you can authorize those IP addresses in the SPF record for your domain name. The "Authentication" option is documented at: Authentication - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you. 0
