  I got this error was first entered Permission on "/usr/bin/crontab" are wrong (4775). Please set to 755.
  After the permissions to 755, This error displays You (user) are not allowed to use this program (crontab) See crontab(1) for more information
  please help me for solve this problem thanks

  Check your account's Package's Feature list via WHM. Is crontab option selected?
