It happend to me also just today when i tried to visit Apache Status page in WebHostingManager. Didnt ConfigServerFirewall killed it? I do not see anything strange in /var/log/lfd.log The cPanel error log do not shows any more details around this log entry. 40 seconds later there is: "warn [tailwatchd] icontact/class error: Can't fork: Cannot allocate memory at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SafeRun/Simple.pm line 41. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/iContact/Class.pm line 73." (but probably not related) PS: someone adviced this regarding cPanel subprocess being killed: Additionally, please go to whm > tweak settings, then try to raise the value for the following. "The maximum memory a cPanel process can use before it is killed off (in megabytes). Values less than 128 megabytes can not be specified. A value of "0? will disable the memory limits" or you can adjust the value in /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
(I have 1024M (double the default) set for cpanel process)

Hello, I've seen various causes of this type of error message in the past. Does forcing a cPanel update via the "/scripts/upcp --force" command help? Thank you.
