Limit email access to a VPN on shared account

A customer recently asked us if it is possible to limit email access to their shared cpanel account to their VPN. Is something like this possible? I thought maybe we could limit login access to a specific host. What would the recommendation be for something like this? Many thanks,

  Hello :), I think it's not possible to configured such email login limit access on shared hosting for single account.

  Hello, It's not possible to limit access to services such as IMAP, POP3, or SMTP using any native options in cPanel/WHM without also limiting other users on the shared server. From the server administrator perspective, using external authentication (cPanel/WHM/Webmail) might offer a better solution to users seeking this type of feature:
