How to re set character set?

Hello support team, I have an issue: After updating cpanel from WHM dashboard I can't use many of the commands to the server via SSH A sys admin advised that this is caused after cpanel replaces certain files from centos and so the carachter is now wrong: Error message type: -bash: $'yum\302\240update': command not found, System: Centos 7.2 x86_64 standard WHM 56.0 - Build 14 How can I revert to fix this? Thank you
