Mailbox curruption error : Roundcube Mail - Cpanel - GoDaddy Hosting

Hi All I have a domain hosted with GoDaddy, I am using webmail for more than 300 mailboxes on that domain. I am getting an error for past few days : "Unexpected condition from IMAP server, closed or corrupt connection to IMAP. Possible mailbox corruption" Since this is a hosted domain with Ultimate hosting, I do not have much control on server, can any one please guide, how to get this issue resolved. Its urgent and important. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks Ashish

  If you haven't already you should contact your host. They will have the server access necessary to troubleshoot this issue.

  I have already contacted the provider, they are working on issue for last 5 days now. Can u please tell me a solution which can be done at my end.

  Analyzing the issue without the server access is bit difficult. If you are using "dovecot.index present in /home/username/mail/domain.com// through cPanel file manager to something like dovecot.index.corrupted and re-login to the account. If it doesn't fix, then contact the hosting company.

  If any user here has a problem with corruption in the search indexing of Rouncube I was able to find the solution for that. Go to Folder in terminal cd /home/user/mail/domain/userMail/ rm -Rfv dovecot* rm -Rfv maildirfolder If the sent folder is not indexing in the search, just do the same for the Sent folder /home/user/mail/domain/userMail/.Sent rm -Rfv dovecot* rm -Rfv maildirfolder After doing this, log in to the RoundCube again and click on the folders where the messages are, so that it automatically redoes the file indexing table, your webmail will be back 100%.
