How do you maintain your cPanel host at Root Level?

For example, my drive appears to increase each day and it's lightly used. I'd like to imagine there are folders that can be cleared. I'd like to find out what directories are you clearing to increase disk space.

  Not quite sure what your asking here only things that you should clear is logs and you should have them set rotate all ready You just don't log into a server and arbitrarily start deleting folders
