Security Handling [improving the error message is CPANEL-5713]

Hello all, an webmail user tried logging in their a got this error message below Security Policy Handling Failed Please contact the system admin or check the error_log file. I logged into the cpanel as admin and I was able to open that user account from there. How do i fix this challenge.

  Their password is too weak and doesn't meet your password strength requirements - they just need to change the password to a more complex one (as opposed to you dropping your required complexity as this obviously reduces security). Granted the error isn't very self explanatory - it threw us a bit the first time we saw it

  Hello, This will happen when the password is expired, or too weak, as mentioned in the previous response. Documentation you may find helpful is available at: Configure Security Policies - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Internal case CPANEL-5713 is open to address the vagueness of this error message. I'll update this thread with more information on the status of this case once it's available. Thank you.
