Custom Modules not in the Exhaustive Options List section

I have followed steps from Custom Modules - EasyApache - cPanel Documentation and .pm files are in the /var/cpanel/easy/apache/custom_opt_mods/ folder but any of those custom modules are not in the Exhaustive Options List section (EA3) Any clue what is going on?

  Hello, Could you let us know the specific steps you are taking to reproduce the issue? I tested this with the Mod_RemoteIP custom module and it worked as expected. Thank you.

  OK, got it to work. No clue why but I need to extract it from the main (./) path.
