URL Redirect not working as expected

In order to shorten a link to a website that advertises our client's fundraiser, I created a page on our domain website to create a new link. Through CPanel, I set up said link to be redirected to the website about the fundraiser. It all looks as if it has gone through, but the link is not redirecting. Could you guide me into the right direction please? Thank you.

  its a WordPress page redirect it in WordPress there are some 301 redirect plugins

  Hello, Yes, as mentioned, you may have existing redirect rules enabled with the application installed to the website. Verify if that's the case and check to see if those additional redirects are conflicting with the new redirect rule you have added. Thank you.
