New Install on dedicated server

Today I ordered up a new dedicated server with centos and cpanel, I always use these 3 things. However, when I go to create an account I get this message: Missing SCRIPTALIAS Config Line in /etc/wwwacct.conf, please reconfigure with Edit Setup. I have searched high and low with no solution or exact instructions on fixing this. So any suggestions would be appreciated that can help me muster through this fiasco.

  Hello, Was cPanel configured automatically as part of an image? If so, please report the issue to your provider so they can ensure an entry for SCRIPTALIAS exists in the /etc/wwwacct.conf file by default. Thank you.
