How to it come:

2: Waiting for 30 second
3: clicking on any icon/option
After clicking browser showing rounding -2 or in phpmyadmin showing loading etc. and some time its time out and some time show response in 4-5 minutes.
I have open cPanel tickets ID# 7551791 but Matthew Decker (Technical Analyst I) is saying that there is no but i am still facing issue.

Hello :-) Do you experience the issue with other ISPs as well? Please check whether you are able to connect to the cPanel/ WHM using the following command from your shell / CMD #telnet ip.ip.ip.ip 2086 You need to repeat the test for ports 20182,2083,2087 . If you are able to connect it means the firewall is fine. Next possibility is poor connectivity. To check it you may use traceroute, if you are using a Linux machine, You can perform test using the below command # traceroute domain.com If Windows is your OS, select Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt. Enter the word tracert, followed by a space, then the domain name. This will help you to rule out any connectivity issues. If that too doesn't help, you may need to contact the webhost. 0 -

Hello, It looks like we are awaiting your response to determine if the issue is related to the use of PHP-FPM for cPanel. Feel free to update this thread with the outcome at the conclusion of the support ticket. Thank you.0
