site bound to http only, not to https

Hello, I've added a site, at the moment it is the only website on that IP. After /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf I see the domain is bound to port 80 only, but not to https. As the result, when I open How do convert a dedicated ip on a shared ip? but no luck. I'm the root on the server, there is another IP.
/etc/redhat-release:CentOS release 6.7 (Final) /usr/local/cpanel/version:11.56.0.18 /var/cpanel/envtype:kvm CPANEL=release Server version: Apache/2.4.18 (Unix) Server built: Apr 28 2016 08:43:03 Cpanel::Easy::Apache v3.32.12 rev9999
Please help.

  Hello, Did you install SSL certificate on the domain? You should install SSL certificate (self or CA signed) on the domain to make it listen on port 443 (https).
