Pure FTP-Logins

Hi Guys, If I try to connect trough the ftp URL to an hosting account (ftp://exampledoman.com or ftp.exampledomain.com). I receive automatically this error logs:
May 23 15:18:32 srv53 pure-ftpd: (?@178.197.236.158) [INFO] New connection from 178.197.236.158 May 23 15:18:36 srv53 pure-ftpd: (?@178.197.236.158) [WARNING] Authentication failed for user [anonymous] May 23 15:18:37 srv53 pure-ftpd: (?@178.197.236.158) [INFO] Logout.
This happens if I try to access to this URL before I was able to put the login credentials in. Does anyone has an idea what this could be? Thanks, emci

  Unclear on what you seek here. Do you want Anonymous FTP to be permitted or no? WHM "Service Configuration "FTP Server Configuration

  Hi The Problem was if somebody tries to connect with a browser to ftp://exampledoman.com it looks like an connection from anonymous. Solution: ftp://username@exampledoman.com
