Find how script are uploaded

Hello I have a domain with joomla cms every day i find a new php script (spam code) uploaded in a new folder I edit password but i still get the same issue How to find how this script are uploaded?

  Hello, Which PHP handler is enabled on this system, and what are the permissions on the directory used for uploading those files? You can use the following commands to determine that information:
  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_phpconf --current stat /path/to/directory
