Max emails per user and per hour

Hello members, I have to set the maximum amount of emails per domain per hour in Cpanel 11. However, I'm not being able to perform this. Grateful if you could help on this matter and advise where to find this particular option. I have attached the homescreen for Cpanel 11. Thank you in advance. Regards, Kevin J

  There is option Max emails per hour in Tweak Settings section in WHM under Mail tab :)
