Howdy, If you turn on mod_userdir you should be able to view ip/~username and see your site content. Apache mod_userdir Tweak - Documentation - cPanel Documentation I would not recommend leaving it on full time. Thanks!

Hello, you can try /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf to reassign the dedicated IP to the domain and then restart apache and check if that works.

Hello, I suggest modifying the hosts file on your computer to temporary point the domain name to the IP address associated with your server: hosts (file) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Otherwise, could you verify no other accounts are assigned the dedicated IP address? Thank you.
