Hey Folks. I am the site owner. I have a freelancer building my page in WordPress. I tried to create a use account, so I could go back and change the password after he was completed. I did not want to give him my login info. It will not login under that account. Maybe I am going about this the wrong way. I would like him to be able to launch the page but not have control over my account, perhaps I am misunderstanding how this works with a developer. Any help is appreciated on creating him an account or what I should do to protect myself but give him access to get this launched. Thanks.

  Are you adding the user via User Manager, on left side menu in your cPanel?

  Yes, under the user manager. Assign them a Name, Username, and password. Then when I tried to test it, it comes up invalid login.

  You also enabled the option for FTP at bottom of page, and are using a login name like: username@example.com, right?
