Error on cPanelBackup/Mailman

When I try to backup one cPanel Account that have mailman files I see this error:
[2016-05-26 16:08:03 -0300] Copying mailman lists and archives............. /bin/gtar: --: Cannot stat: No such file or directory /bin/gtar: Error exit delayed from previous errors /bin/gtar: --: Cannot stat: No such file or directory /bin/gtar: Error exit delayed from previous errors /bin/gtar: --: Cannot stat: No such file or directory /bin/gtar: Error exit delayed from previous errors /bin/gtar: --: Cannot stat: No such file or directory /bin/gtar: Error exit delayed from previous errors /bin/gtar: --: Cannot stat: No such file or directory /bin/gtar: Error exit delayed from previous errors /bin/gtar: --: Cannot stat: No such file or directory ......... .........
And on restore a lot of files is missing and mailman not working good, can you help me ?

  Hello, The following resolution included with cPanel 56.0.21 should address this issue: Fixed case CPANEL-6326: Avoid tar 1.16 -- file list workaround on tar 1.15 and before. Could you verify if the issue persists after updating cPanel to this version or newer? Thank you.
