Export settings/configuration from one server to another

Ok, I know someone from the staff said it is now possible in latest version (56), so, because I am a newbie in here, I couldn't find anymore assistance at the moment. Please, someone who can explain to me the how in this request? --> Clone a cPanel server configuration to a new server (excluding server specific items) Thanks in advance.
