Hello! When I terminate an account or create an account or add-on a domain and etc., it will appear an error: a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive Kindly see attached picture. And log file:

  Hello, Could you verify if the account is stored on a NFS mount, or if any NFS mounts exist on the system? Thank you.
