manage mysql profile locked

does someone help me? I set the mysql profile to connect to a remote mysql, but the screen locked. She stopped in step 7 (eximstats Transfering data to remote MySQL host). I've tried restarting and or off the mysql service both indoor and outdoor. And nothing happens! And look, this server is small.

  I've contacted support and the problem has been resolved....

  Did they explain the issue to you? Might be helpful to post that here for others to learn form.
