Disable Spamassasin Completely

I have completely disabled spamassasin as far as I know but today in daily process log I can see this is using 90% of cpu 90.5 /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/522/bin/perl -T -w /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/522/bin/spamassassin --lint -D any idea? How can I get rid of this ?

  Hello, Could you verify the specific steps you took to disable SpamAsassin? Did you disable it both in "WHM >> Tweak Settings" and in "WHM >> Service Manager? Also, please post the output from the following command:
  /scripts/restartsrv_spamd --status
